Because soap and skincare products are personal-use items, I cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.
Your happiness matters most, though! If your package arrives damaged, doesn’t show up, or if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, please email me at lovesfieldsoap@gmail.com (or use our contact page) within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful if the product arrived damaged.
Refunds will be processed for the product cost, excluding shipping. If your product arrived damaged or defective, I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Optional shipping protection is available at checkout. If you choose this option, I will replace any lost, damaged, or stolen items at no extra charge. If you decline shipping protection, you assume responsibility for any issues that occur during transit.
