Hi I'm Lori, the artist/maker behind Loves Field Studio. 

My story began with a bar of geranium rose soap! Back in 1996, I stumbled upon it at the Asheville farmer's market. My skin was going through a rough patch (that lasted years), but that natural little soap bar did wonders! Inspired, I started experimenting with making my own botanical soaps.

Fast forward, and my story unfolds on our family farm in Love Field, a cozy little community nestled in Sylva, NC. That's where my husband, our boys, and a whole menagerie of furry and feathered friends (dogs, cats, chickens, sheep, goats - you name it!) called home. It was there, surrounded by nature, that I fell in love with gardening. Love Field truly became a place where I put down roots.

Today, my journey continues beyond the farm. We're a small, family-run business nestled in the foothills of North Carolina, still passionate about crafting simple, wholesome soaps. My goal? To make wholesome, nourishing soap that leaves your skin and leave you feeling refreshed, just like the beautiful mountains that surround us.

Loves Field Soap is more than just a product. It's been a journey back to good health and self-discovery. It's about connecting with nature and rediscovering the simple pleasures in life.
