Because soap is a personal care product, we do not accept returns of opened/used bars due to hygiene, but if damaged or defective contact us within 30 days and we will replace or refund. Your satisfaction matters to us, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at lori@lovesfieldsoap.com or through our Contact Page.
Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Missing Packages
If you purchased shipping protection, we’ll replace any package lost or damaged in transit.
If you chose to skip shipping protection, we’re unable to replace packages lost or delayed by the carrier once they’re marked as shipped.
Custom Orders
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
