Due to the nature of our business we don't accept returns or exchanges. However if you have an issue with your order please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery at or through our Contact Page.
Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
Lost or Missing Packages
Unfortunately once your package has shipped we aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages, once it's in the hands of USPS. If your package hasn't shown up (or says it's delivered but you don't see it), please check with your neighbors first, sometimes this happens. If you still can't find it reach out to your local USPS so they can track your package. At this point you might need to file a claim with USPS, if you need help please reach out to us.
