What is your return policy?
We want you to love every bar of soap! 💛 Because soap and skincare products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns for safety reasons. But if your order arrives damaged, doesn’t show up, or isn’t what you expected, email us within 14 days at lovesfieldsoap@gmail.com (or use our contact page) and we’ll make it right. Optional shipping protection at checkout covers lost or damaged items.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days after shipping, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, we’ll replace lost or damaged items at no extra cost. If you opted out, contact us so we can discuss solutions.
Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our soaps are made with gentle, natural ingredients including goat milk, shea butter, and local honey. If you have specific allergies, please check each product’s ingredient list before ordering.
Can I request a custom scent or soap favor?
Absolutely! We offer custom soap favors for weddings, showers, and special events. Contact us at lovesfieldsoap@gmail.com to discuss your ideas.
